CS Digital undertake to provide service & maintenance as specified in the terms & conditions and as the charges of CS Digital's maintenance contract.
Emergency repair service
Preventative maintenance incorporating exchange parts prior to failure. Engineers equipped with full parts kits to minimise the risk of a return visit to fit a part.
An average response time to emergency calls (based on 6 consecutive calls) of no greater than 3hours.
A commitment to exchange your machine at no cost should it, during the period of the contract, prove, in the opinion of our service manageer to be constantly failing to perform reasonably.
The provision of a loan machine in the event of a prolonged breakdown at no extra cost (subject to availability).
